Corporate Synce & Encryption

Did a search, didn't see anything, so ...

I successfully synced my D2G with my work email using Corporate Sync.

As part of the process, 'it' required me to encrypt the files on my phone and SD card.

Not to sound like too much of a noob, what files were sync'd?

Can I anticipate any 'issues' going forward?

It should only encrypt the Exchange Cal, Contacts and Mail.

That's what I was thinking as well.
I tweaked a little when it said something to the effect that it was going to encrypt all the files on my SD as well.
