Default LOL so silly. Google.com comes up EN ESPANIOL

..and doesn't/can't update my location to Chicago, USA.

There's a button that says "Google.com in English" and I just hit it and go, but geez.

What can I do to fix this?

It's STILL happening, and Google won't 'get my location' on the page. Is there something I'm configuring wrong, or is this something on Googles back-end they need to tweak?

I got it in Spanish routinely on my Palm Pre, no problems on my EVO yet.

There is a preference you can change that will fix things temporarily, but the problem will return.

Mine was in French...seemed to correct itself when i deleted the bookmark to google (in french) and just bookmarked the English version. I haven't loaded the French version since.
