AC_SWM Problem

Hope this is the right place for this, if not sorry. Just bought a new laptop... Soon as I got home I installed all the android SDK files all the fast boot drivers and flash drivers. I installed PC Companion, SE boot unlocker, Flash tool, Super one click, AC_SWM. As far as I can tell everything installed correctly no errors. When I plug in my phone it installs more drivers an all goes well, my computer, pc companion, boot unlocker, Super Onclick, and flash tool finds the phone no problems but when I try to use AC_SWM it gives an error device not found... any ideas?????? bout to pull my hair out

Just out of curiousness - since AT&T lifted the side loading "ban" on their devices, why not just copy the .apk's to your SD card and install them through a file manager?

Thats what I've been doing .... It just makes me mad I cant get it to work when its worked before .....
