I just returned my LG Optimus V from Virgin Mobile due to absolute horrid signal despite coverage map saying otherwise.

I really enjoyed the mod community that phone had with all of the custom ROMs and such.

However when I went to AT&T's Avail which is a similar phone or a similar type of payment, there's no community for it. I was just kind of curious why no one has taken interest.

I agree. I have the same phone and I have been trying to figure out how to root it for over 2 months. Not enough info.
