    Default SwiftKey X help

Hello, all. I recently downloaded the free version of SwiftKey X, and it is the perfect onscreen keyboard for me, except for one major issue: the auto correct is non-existent. It simply will not auto correct any words, including contractions. Is there any way to fix this?

Explore the settings, what you think is auto-correction is part of its auto-prediction engine.

It's worth the money for the paid version, though I admit I snapped it up during last Decembers $0.10 sale.

Nexus 4 (Mako), Amaze 4G on T-Mobile. Nexus 7 16GB. Google Chromebook (2012 Samsung 16gb). Next stop, a Google flush toilet.
Did I solve your problem? Hit the Thanks button. Was I just a nuisance? Sorry, can't bat .400 every day.

Under Settings > Advanced > Typing style, make sure you choose Rapid for auto-correction. I think Precise is the default, which doesn't auto-correct. And I agree the paid version is well worth it, although I got it for free on Amazon way back when.

    What pazzo02 said.

I tend to go back and forth between rapid and precise just for kicks. I'd have to say that rapid is pretty accurate and with the recent Swiftkey 3 Beta having the ability to text and not worry about missing the space bar is a good deal.
