Outbound Caller ID - Verizon Droid3

When calling someone else from my Droid 3, their Caller ID only says "Verizon Wireless" and does not list my name.

Is there a place in the settings where I can go in and change this? It is a phone used for business only, and I'd like the name of the business to show up on others Caller ID.

Can someone explain where to go in and alter this information?

Not sure how valid this is but I have never received a "customized" incoming cell phone message on caller ID. Its always been either Cellular Caller or the name of the carrier/and or cellular number.

Edit: After doing a little research I have found Sprint allows this, Verizon however is one that doesn't give this option.

Rats... Used to be able to do it with my old Samsung shoe-phone on Alltel...

Log in to My Verizon and search around for Share name Id and you can set it to show want ever name you want it to show when you call someone
