Default HELP!!! CDMA Galaxy Nexus Root questions!

I have been stuck the last few days, and seeking help. I have a rooted CDMA Galaxy Nexus, running an Apex Rom with ICS version 4.0.3. I have always had signal issues with the device, and from what I have heard, 4.0.4 has improved on this issue.

My question is, how do I flash back to stock 4.0.2 so that I can install the update that is available for download? From what I have seen, I need to flash back to 4.0.2 -AND- download the LTE radios that match the software. I don't want to mess up my phone at all, just want to get it working to its full potential. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the directions found here:
    http://forums.androidcentral.com/ver...-vzw-gnex.html
Some say that his dormant chips were left that way for YOUR SAFETY... Others say that once "turned on," he can not be turned off... All we know is... He's called The Stig.

Yes, that is what I want to do, but the directions say that I need to be on 4.0.2, and I am on 4.0.3. I would like to know what I need to download so that I can flash to 4.0.2 so that I can download that update.

is there anyway around unrooting the device to go back to stock, then downloading the update, then rerooting?
