I have a newly rooted thunderbolt I have tried to run bamf soab cynogenmod 7 and liquid smooth and I can't get them to work I just get stuck at the HTC load screen or a continuous loop on start up screen I have reset data clear and wipe data cache etc am I missing something I am a noon and in need of some help please

Try your device's specific section. Read all the stickies. Search for brick threads there. If you start a new post or thread, offer as much info you can about what steps you took to get to this point: what recovery you went with and where you got it, what ROMs and where you found them, how you installed them, etc..

I am using revolutionary I have tried cynogenmod 7, liquid smooth and bamf soab I also have tried installing in recovery mode and also using Rom manager via dropping on as card first I have cleared all cache and performed wipes and data reset or factory reset I got bamf to go to the bamf pink screen then it flashes to the HTC root screen then loops and goes back I do not know the radio or version of the thing I am a noob looking for any help before I brick my device I have had to use my back up all three times to get a working device again I really want a custom Rom but I don't know if it is a file or program or something preventing me from doing this

A little more info I believe my problem is I still have S On even though I am rooted I need help to get s off then I will try from there any suggestions here is alink where I rooted my phone and I wonder am I screwed do I need to restart the process if so how do I go back begining to think that maybe using the htcdev site was my first mistake please any help would be appreciated
