Gmail, Yahoo, and default email

Not sure if this is specific to a devise, but I just got a S2 ET4G. I set Gmail as my default account so it is using the icon labeled "email". I also have "Yahoo". My question is I want to have two icons. One labeled "gmail" and one "Yahoo" is there a way to do this or do I have to use the default "email"? Or is there a better way to manage the two email accounts?

Both Yahoo and Gmail have their own email apps. I use the Gmail app for the phones gmail account and then the native email app for my POP/Exchange accounts.
