I cannot for the life of me set up my phone to sync to my 2009 for fusion, the problem I am having is my car tells me to find sync on my phone and enter the pin, But I cant "find sync" to enter the pin. HELP!!!

Is Sync Bluetooth? Sometimes when you connect with devices VIA Bluetooth a pin must be confirmed. After selecting one device from the other to initiate a connection, a popup should display on both with the pin. It's been a while since I've had to do that, but, I think that's how it works.

Or, is there a Sync app that you have to download to connect?
