    Default Roaming: Can I pick the carrier?

    Is there a device or OS version that would, on ATT, permit me to select from a list of carriers and lock one of them while roaming, or to prevent roaming by locking to my home network?

    Under settings -> Wireless & networks -> Mobile settings there should be options to allow or disallow roaming domestically and internationally.
