You get better deals from amazon or wire fly. But i bought from wire fly and Verizon wouldn't give me a replacement because I didn't go through them.

Yes, Costco, that is where I bought my phone. They have a great return policy on pretty much everything. And, I believe you get 90 days to swap phones.
