Guys I've just spent £500 today on a Galaxy S3 ,I've downloaded and installed Kies so it'll work alongside the Mac OS Lion I'm running at the moment ,such to my annoyance the new updates that I was prompted for to update my new handset have rendered this lovely phone a hunk of junk ,with it not even willing to connect to the laptop of even recognise it as an external hard drive ....!
Can someone help please ,I've been couragous enough to walk away from the Iphone 4S and leave behind as much as it displeasures me my HTC Desire Hd

Hmm....might want to go to settings - developer options and see if USB debugging is on. I think you need it turned on in order to mount it like a USB drive.

Have you tried hooking it up to another computer to see if it'll connect?
