Cleaning up Play Magazines App

The Play Magazines App uses a lot of storage space. It also uses a lot of bandwidth. I won't be using this app much,so I would like to free up any space and stop it from downloading anything int he future on it's own. However, I want the choice to use the app again, so I don't want to completely uninstall it.

Anyone else having this issue?

Settings-->Apps-->All [swipe left to go to All tab]-->Google play magazine-->[1.Clear data || 2.Clear Cache || 3.Force Stop]

all data will be wiped but it will be available to you when you open it the next time
