CWM nandroid fail?

I currently have CWM 6.0.1.0 installed on my NS4G.

I have tried manually creating a nandroid backup through CWM as well as launching the backup from ROM Manager. In both instances, the nandroid backups have not been complete. I noticed this after upgrading to the version previous to 6.0.1.0, but I thought 6.0.1.0 would correct the problem.

Is information stored in the blobs folder now?

Short of trying to flash an earlier version of CWM, is there anything else that I might be overlooking?

I have the same problem on E4GT, I flashed AGAT recovery and it did a complete Nandroid Backup, same format. I read some where that someone fixed this with flashing to an alternative recovery, AGAT or similar, and then reflashing CWM 6, TWICE, then it completed a backup. I swear Its like on a timer or something. At about 5 min, have never times it but should, it reboots the phone.
