Hi there.Just started using a Galaxy note 2 and whist it is a beautiful device it definitely has its odd moments compared to iphones.
For some reason a thumb tab appeared on the left of the screen which you swipe to reveal a series of apps. Its really intrusive but I cant get rid of it. Csn anyone offer what will probably be a simple solution?

Supposedly, from the review, they say that it can be turned off if not needed.

Sorry, it does not work, neither does the multi windows setting.
The killer is when I attempt to strike the number 1 on the keyboard. It has become impossible since the sidebar appears!
