Default Does the Huawei Mediapad 10 have a hide-able Nav Bar?

Hi guys, just wondering the above after I looked at Engadgets review. They make no mention of this, but if you look at the device screenshots, theres a face-down arrow, which I presume must be to hide the nav bar? If real, this is amazing...I've been wanting to have the ability to hide the nav bar while doing things like playing games, or web browsing.

Let me know what you guys think is the purpose of the face-down arrow on the nav bar,
