Anyone else find Google Help Use-less?
Am I the only one who has found Contacting a google specific department e.g for Play is virtually impossible. I was quiet impress how they have done it, under their contact is has the questions, then has for more help contact us and loops again. Found a few ways but to the wrong department. This really pissed me off because when they seam like they can offer help the options are like contact your internet provider, app maker, device manufacture etc all but them. God. It annoyed me most as it was a release date as I noticed for Australia it was to be announced while in other countries it was visible and the second reason I wanted to email them to show them a VERY visible typo. I noticed when you go under lets say Nexus 4 help, all the examples were Nexus 10, just simple ones like getting the wrong device number etc.
I know this sounds pretty pointless rant but it just annoyed me how impossible they make it to send a enquiry.
