disgusted and irritated
Hello. I have a Metro PCS LG Motion 4g phone. I have moved out of DFW,currently in Lubbock. Since there are no Metro towers here I barely have internet connection,no wifi,slow is an understatement. What can i do?? Root my phone?? I do not have access to a pc. Need help plz.

That is unfortunately the risk you take if you sign up with a smaller, cheaper wireless service. It's always a good idea to look at their coverage maps before you sign the contract. Even bigger companies like Sprint may not have good coverage in less populated areas.
Rooting your phone won't improve your signal. You may just have to change to Verizon or AT&T.

Unfortunately it's a CDMA device and it can't be taken onto another prepaid networks as you could with a GSM device. It's a good think it's month-to-month and you will have to decide on what to do with the device -- take to another carrier if the phone can be flashed or go on another prepaid network. There are some which work with either AT&T or T-Mobile towers and an unlocked device. You may want to consider either of these two if looking to stay on a prepaid.
