    Default Sprint Galaxy Nexus

    You know how when you plug it in to the computer the prompt comes up on your phone screen asking if you want to connect usb, well mine it doesn't come up at all. when i go through my settings to tethering and hotspots it says usb not connected. then when i look on my computer screen it says device not recognized. what do i do to get my phone to connect the usb when hooked up to computer?

    Does it work on another computer? That'd be the first thing to check. If so, then, it could be the cable, or, the port on the computer.
