Ok Guys,
it seems I found the final solution to solve this bloody issue.
After 1 month of hard reset, SD format, applications cancellation and so on I read somewhere on the net the suggestion to keep always the GPS swtiched ON.
Incredible but true it works !!!!!!!!
My phone magically stopped to reboot by itself and no applications crash occurred anymore.
My ACER GLOW E330 with ICS 4.0.4 now is perfect.
