I am new to this tablet thing. I bought this for my daughter. I have added the Netflix app but I am unable to get it to work. Can anyone help me please?Oh and BTW, I am not technology savvy.

You'll need to describe the problem a bit more to get any help. Does it install successfully? Are you getting any errors?
