Nook HD & Nook HD+ ? Your Thoughts?

Does anyone in the A.C.F. have the B&N's new Nook HD or Nook HD+? I am looking for thoughts, opinions, and reviews. Right now for the holidays B&N is offering $25 off plus free shipping on the new Nooks, and I have to say it looks pretty tempting: Nook HD 8GB $174 & 16GB $204, Nook HD+ 16GB $244 & 32GB $274. Now I know that the Nook HD is close to the price of the Nexus 7 and to some it seems like the Nexus 7 would be a better bet, but you get the option of expandable storage with Nook HD. As for the Nook HD+ you get a 9" tablet around the price range of the Nexus 7. Also I am assuming that you can put AOKP on the Nooks. Any input would be helpful, thanks.
