ZT Pad Android OS calibration !!!

I have recently purchased an Android tablet named a ZTPad, ever since I received it the touch has been off and it's made the tablet almost impossible to use. I would like to recalibrate it but have no idea how. I'll leave details about the tablet below. And before anyone suggests it, I have tried powering the device off and holding the + volume button whilst switching it back on. It doesn't work.
