    Currently have two choices...

    Samsung Galaxy S3

    Samsung Galaxy Note 2

    You couldn't go wrong with either device as they both fall under the latest and greatest category ;-)

    In the end it's your decision and what your looking to get out of your device.

    also try nexus 4. its not from samsung but its the best phone for low price from google.
