How do I access purchased apps from a different account?

Good Morning,

I have a question I hope someone can answer. My Google account on my Note 2 is registered under my gmail address for work. Every app I have ever purchased is under my work account. If I were to lose my job, I cannot use that email address anymore, thus losing everything I have purchased. Should I start a new gmail account and start buying apps through it? Can I just add a new email to my phone, or do I need to wipe the data? Can I have two emails where I can access apps through one, but not the other? I hope this makes sense. Thanks

very bad idea to purchase apps from your work email!! what were you thinking?
and there is no way to transfer apps from one account to another. so you better start using your personal email from now on.
