I was wondering if anyone had experience with Android based video converters?

there's this thread - Converting video to .WMV - but those are windows based and i was hoping to work on the device alone.
Play store has a ton of free and paid apps. any suggestions?

If you got win7 and transfer files via mtp (if you got ics and higher) you should have option to convert. With players like mx player or vlc you dont really need to convert, if you want smaller size, resize height resolution of video to your screen resolution if video is bigger.
