Google play in game refund

So, I bought some in-game stuff in Crime City 9 times, but the transactions were cancelled, that why I had to do it over and over again, and it says that any charges made will be refunded, but the tracking from my visa account online doesn't say that I've been refunded. How long will it take for everything to be refunded?

How long has it been? I would think you'd see a refund in a couple of days. If you have a way to get in touch with the developer, you can always try contacting them to confirm the refund.
