    Default iPod Touch like Android Device?

    I was just wondering if there was a decently high-end Android OS device like an iPod touch. Maybe something the size of the Galaxy Note 2, but that was a tablet only (maybe a bit smaller).

    WiFi or with LTE... But no phone services
