My contract with Verizon is up in a few months, so I'd like to find an inexpensive (under $150) android phone to replace my lost Droid X

Any suggestions, other than another Droid X?

    Thanks!

What's important to you in a phone? Battery life, OS version, manufacturer skin vs vanilla Android, camera quality, etc?

I'm not super picky. Slightly better battery life would be nice, but otherwise I was happy with the Droid X.

If you like how Motorola makes phones, and you're ok with something that isn't the latest and greatest, consider the Droid Razr Maxx. Still the best battery life, nicely powered, is supposed to get Jellybean some time soon. I'll bet you can find some good deals on it if you're due for an upgrade on Verizon.
