You really don't need anti virus with android. It's got to be a add of some form

where are you getting the prompt. Android dont haddle these kind of promps. its not how android works.
if you are seeing ads then dont install it

A lot of ads are designed to look like prompts or mimic notifications like "your phone may have a virus" banners within free apps. If it shows up in the notification bar, it's certainly an ad and is triggered by an app you installed.
