wrong rom loaded now stuck cant get back into clock work plzz help me!!

i have a lg p505 and i rooted it then i tried to put ice cream sandwich on it as said here-->[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] but i used the wrong rom and now whenever i boot up its just the android screen . however i can boot it recovery mode but cant run zips from sd please i dont know what to do.when i boot up its looks like in the video but i cant back into clockworkmod .

Take a look at the forums over at XDA Developers. Here's a thread from someone who is having similar trouble with a p505. Read the threads, search for answers and read again. You'll find the answer.

yaso i recently discovered through recovery mode i can boot like he did with distorted colors however i cant get back into clockwork at all to apply the fix thnks for help.
