Please don't waste your time and money on this "insurance". My phone was damaged in Nov. 2013. I called them and sent my phone in for replacement. I was next contacted to say that they had no replacement for my phone and would send me a check for a new phone. that was 4 months ago! I've called and called them. Each time I'm told that they are behind on issuing checks and that my claim has been escalated. I'm just glad that I could afford to buy a replacement phone. I feel sorry for those who chose Ensquared and cannot afford a new phone before "the check comes". I doubt I'll ever see the $$ for my phone!:-\
