How to use bluetooth as audio only and call with microphone

How to use the bluetooth as audio and calling with cell microphone? That's because i'm deaf and i'm using a bluetooth control for my hearing aid, with this control i can hear when i'm calling, but they can't ear me very well because the sound of the bluetooth control is very sensible, any background noise can distort my voice , i have a xperia s.
