andrould tablet + 3phones

woow this is complex and confusing the fluck out of me,
I
we have just got a family tablet, my daughter loged on to it first and added her google account ,
I want to have all our calenders viewable :) this works great :)
how oh how do I secure the rest of my google/ gmail account so that it is only able to be viewed by putting my password in?
and the same for the other 2 accounts on the tablet

I mistakenly pushed to sync email on my account and would love to know how to remove and only have calendar sync
