Hey guys, I'm having some difficulties with my Stratosphere. It is currently stuck on the SAMSUNG reboot screen, and continuously shuts off and then goes back to the reboot screen. I've tried holding Volume +/- and the power button, and the recovery screen comes up for one second, but then the screen goes black and it goes back to the SAMSUNG screen and gets stuck in a boot loop. I've tried taking out the battery, plugging my phone into my laptop via usb cord (another thing, my phone doesn't appear as connected on my laptop), etc. and NOTHING WORKS
Also, when I plug my phone in to charge, it shows the battery like it's charging, and then shuts off, then repeats. When I unplug the phone, it goes to the factory mode (Downloading: do not turn off target) screen and repeatedly loops. Everything gets stuck in a loop and it won't let me restore the phone in any way.
Is there anyway I can work something out without taking my phone in to get fixed?
