HTC Evo V 4g(HTC Evo 3D) Soft Bricked Help

Hi I have an HTC Evo V 4g and a while back I accidentally soft bricked it while flashing a different ROM. I was wondering if there were ways to fix this. As of now I'm stuck in the white bootloader screen with RELOCKED on the top of the screen. I've tried factory resets and such to no avail. Thank you very much for any help. This issue has really been bothering me since I don't want to throw away a perfectly good phone.
