Gmail sync issue

Gmail sync is not working in real time (pic).
Auto-sync data ON
Restrict background data OFF

Phone: Nexus 4
Android 4.2.2

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

You are sooooo close, but you need to click the email address. Then you will see the screen where you can select what to auto-update or do any manual syncing.

Gmail was checked there too.

Gmail update solved the problem! Hope it will help someone.
