Help!! Phone Soft Bricked, and Dead Battery

Hey guys !!, I need help, as it says in the title my phone is soft bricked because I was trying to flash a custom rom for my Alcatel OT-995, and I eventually softbricked it and then it got stuck in a bootloop, When I was on the brink of fixing it the battery died... Then when I tried charging it via wall plug, the front led only blinks and then it sometimes loads the bootscreen but then nothing happens, xd , If i can get help how to charge the battery then I can get my phone back and running with my backup, so please help me!!

Plug it into the wall (regardless of what's showing on the screen) and leave it alone for an hour or so. it will charge faster if it's fully powered off, but since it's stuck you may not be able to get it to shut down completely. If you can, even better.

Once it's got some charge in the battery, plug it into the computer. I would say your best bet would be to go back to factory stock as a starting point if at all possible. Make a backup of it in full stock (rooted), and then try to flash your custom ROM again. Don't forget to do all your wipes (I do them before AND after installing a ROM) and make another backup of the phone once you've got it running the ROM, Kernel, and Gapps but BEFORE you install all your usual apps.
