connection to iPhone4 hotspot

My no-name Android (from China website - MID, I think) connects fine to my home and other Wi-Fi, but refuses to connect to an iPhone4 hotspot even though it recognises that it is there. Do I need SW, HW or a new tablet to fix the problem?

I think its a fake and you should get an authentic one. If it works on another device then it's the tablet but if it doesn't then its your iPhone. Check that the iPhone has no security enabled on the hotspot settings. Hope I helped!!!

The iPhone4 hotspot works fine with an iPad and my HP laptop. I am thinking my Android is missing some HW and/or SW?
