Turn WiFi setting On goes right back Off

I have a Tivax 7D-1A tablet w Android 4.0. When I slide the WiFi switch to On, it stays there for about five seconds and then goes right back off. I did a Factory data reset a few times. Can't figure this one out.

Looks like WiFi can't initialize, you could need to check logcat to see what exacly is happening. But if you don't want to bother, just send tablet back as it not functioning right
