Verizon Upgrade Question

I am due for an upgrade on June 3rd. I currently have a GN2 which I paid full price for. Can I use my upgrade and just sell the new phone? I love my note 2 and don't
really want or need an upgrade.

If I am understanding you then why use your upgrade at all. Just keep it sitting there. I had an upgrade and still do of Aug. every 2 years like in 2011. I did not use the upgrade until Dec. After April 19 anyone new coming to VZW will have their upgrade aligned with their contract date ie Aug/Aug for a full 24 months and not 20 like now. Prior to that you can still use your 20 month upgrade but like I sad, Just don't use it.

I was thinking I could buy a phone at upgrade price and then sell it for a profit.
