Substitute for Samsung Kies?

Hi, I just wanted to see if there was a program that offered the same use as Samsung Kies? I tried downloading Kies about 3 days ago and I actually got some adware and a virus. So if anyone could link me to another program like it that is surely virus-free it would be great.

What is your reason for using Samsung kies? it should not have any adware or viruses where did you download it from.?
