Cant post to Instagram from S4

Just got the S4 and i love it, only problem is every time i try to post a picture to instagram it shows up either distorted or just a black picture. Idk if it has to do with the photo resolution or size since the camera is a 13 mega pixel compared to my old phones 8 mega pixel. Anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Its an issue Instagram has to fix with an update to their app. Many people are also experiencing the same thing
Some people say turning off the High Resolution in options helped, but its something Instagram needs to address

I figured it out. You have to go to "Advanced Features" in the Instagram settings and turn off "Use High-Quality Image Processing"
