help please!

hello guys, so i have an AT&T lg optimus g (E970) that's rooted, id like to apply the new jellybean update, but unfortunately i can't. i have removed some of the att bloatware just an fyi. any help on how to get this update would be great and much appreciated. thanks in advance

You can't install the update when you are rooted. You will have to factory reset it and remove root (I think this root gets lost when you factory rest, but I'm not sure). After that you can install the OTA.

Factory reset will put it back how it was stock... So all the bloat will be back.
