SD Card Directories

Would anyone be able to help me set up the proper directories on my SD card? I just formatted it, and presently all there is is DCIM and LOST.DIR.

Where do I put Music, ringtones, documents, voice notes, and stuff like that?

You can just create folders with those names, using either a file manager app on your phone, or by inserting the SD into your computer and using Windows Explorer or the Mac equivalent. Android will scan the SD card for media, so you don't have to name your folders anything specific.
