Play Store Saying Apps Not in My Region (I'M IN THE UK)

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 a couple of weeks ago (switched from 5 years with Apple iPhone)

I set it up with my UK Gmail (Google) account, with a UK Sim Card. But when I try and download some apps (Whatsapp / Viber etc to name 2) It states they're not available in my region!!!

Anybody know what to do? It's doing my head in!
