Sketchbook Pro on Galaxy Note 10.1 not importing JPEG's

Often when I open Autodesk Sketchbook Pro for Anroid on my Galaxy note 10.1 and try to import a picture to a layer it says 'this format is not supported yet' but they are just JPEGs and it happens on several pictures so it's not a corrupt file. Other times it will import the same picture.

Also, I now only get two font choices (Sans and Serif) choices where I used to get loads.

Any ideas?

Are the pictures coming from your devices camera or are they downloaded? I wouldn't think it would make a difference considering jpeg's are supported by the app according to the Sketchbook help center. You might want to take a look at the help center since this seems to be app specific.
