So I click on 'New Event' in the calendar on my Droid Inc to put an appointment on the calendar. That automatically syncs to my Google Calendar which in turn syncs to Outlook on my PC. What I've noticed is that the new entry in Outlook is created as a "meeting" and not a simple "appointment".

When you create a new appointment in Outlook it is a simple appointment, not a meeting. Is there a way to just create a simple appointment on the Android phone that would sync as an appointment and not a meeting?
