High Risk Google Play

I was trying to buy Fruit Ninja and I got the error "high risk" and I contacted Google about it and they suspend my account, making me provide utility bills and a drivers license just to unsuspend my wallet account. Has this happened to anyone else?

The High Risk error typically has to do with many apps being purchased in rapid succession. They likely believe your card may have been stolen and want to ensure that you are the actual card/account owner to protect you from someone else using your credit card.

I havent been able to purchase a single app since I got my phone, it is brand new along with my account, I've made a switch from apple, never had this issue from the App Store.
